Anxiously Delicious LLC ("we", "us") operates this website. You can reach us at hello@anxiouslydelicious.com.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what we need to answer you and to run the bakery.
When you use the contact form
- Your name and email address, so we can reply
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Whether your inquiry is for an event, and if so the event type, date and approximate guest count you tell us
- Your message
- Your IP address, kept only to investigate spam and abuse
When you answer a survey
- Your answers to the questions in that survey
- Your email address, only if the survey asks for it and you provide it
- Whether you asked to join our mailing list
When you join our mailing list
- Your email address and the date you gave consent
What we do not collect
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we do not use your data to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
- Contact inquiries: 24 months from your last contact with us, so we have your history if you order again
- Survey responses: 12 months
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe
Leaving the mailing list
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that never expires. You can also reply to any message and ask, and we will remove you.
Asking us to delete your information
Email us at hello@anxiouslydelicious.com and tell us what you would like removed. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in where relevant and to protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
